Outstanding service support is the essential ingredient for high productivity. YASKAWA operates a hot desk so every MOTOMAN robot user can contact us during normal office hours for consultation or trouble shooting. Often issues can be resolved over the phone, but if it is necessary to attend site, our team of Support Engineers will visit you as soon as possible.

Training

YASKAWA offers a wide range of courses, from beginner to expert level, that includes basic robot programming, application specific programming, maintenance and refresher courses. All our courses consist of classroom instruction combined with hands-on robot training. However, the emphasis is always on hands-on practical exercises to ensure effective and enhanced learning. Naturally, we can also tailor a course to meet your exact requirements.

Repair

We may be able to repair a faulty component yielding a cost saving for you. Whilst a repair is carried out we may be able to lend you a replacement spare if available at no additional cost so you will still be able to use your robotic system. Any repairs are carried out by us giving you the assurance that the work has been carried out to the highest standard only using quality approved components.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is the key to ultimate cost savings. A regular maintenance programme of your robotic welding investment will ensure that the equipment will always be in top condition ready to deliver consistent production day in day, year in, year out.

Spare parts

YASKAWA holds an extensive local stock of spare parts and consumables to cover our current range as well as some older models of industrial MOTOMAN robots. Spares are delivered when you need them. We understand the importance of urgent deliveries so therefore spares are normally delivered next day, but can also be immediately dispatched using a special courier service.
