YASKAWA’s engineers build and implement all mechanical and electrical functions related to the system. This includes overall layout, process equipment, tooling, and any other auxiliary equipment. We use software such as SolidWorks and CatiaV5,and state-of-the-art simulation tools.


YASKAWA performs a wide range of tests in close cooperation with the customer such as: feasibility studies, cycle time analysis, simulations, testing of tooling and customer project support.

Project management

A project manager coordinates each project and ensures that resources and requirements are balanced to meet target deliveries and budget constraints. YASKAWA has quality certification in accordance with ISO 9001, thus ensuring that there are processes in place to meet the highest standards.


If appropriate pre-acceptance tests can be carried out at our facilities. The completed robotic system is then assembled, installed and commissioned at the customer site. All work is performed by YASKAWA's skilled engineers to ensure that the system performs as expected. The project manager continues to support the project until final acceptance is received.

Training & Support

YASKAWA offers extensive training from beginner to expert level, that enables customers to get the best yield from their investment. Our broad network of service personnel is always ready to provide service, on-site troubleshooting, spare parts, preventative maintenance and repairs.
